Little wild ones - assistant teacher
At Little Wild Ones, we believe the most powerful learning happens through everyday play.
Founded in 2024 by Alexandra and Vince Liang, Little Wild Ones began as a passion project to nurture their own kids’ development through a progressive, Reggio-inspired philosophy — one that treats both the classroom and the outdoors as a canvas for discovery, where nature becomes a playground and each child’s unique curiosities are the starting point for learning.
Today, we stand among the Bay Area’s few true Reggio schools, and we’re seeking a passionate, energetic individual to help us cultivate an environment where children can flourish.

Stay calm, grounded and flexible in a lively, fast-paced classroom environment
Communicate warmly and clearly with both children and parents
Thrive as part of a small, collaborative, entrepreneurially-minded team
